| Remove SMARTPAK® from the outer bag. |

| Get the trasfer sterile tube off its package. |

| Fit the end of the tube with "spike" in the SMARTPAK® device. |
|
|
| Fit the end of the tube with needle in the solution container chosen for the reconstruction. |
|
| Place the tube inside the peristaltic pump. |
|
| Place SMARTPAK® on the stirrer. |
|
|
| Turn the pump on and transfer the exact amount of solution. |
|
| Turn the stirrer on and wait for the dissolution of the sterile antibiotic. |
|
| Test the complete dissolution. |
|
|
| Set the backflow on the peristaltic pump. |
|
| Using the same trasfer tube, fill the exact amount of antibiotic solution into the infusion mini-bags or in syringes. |
|
